Please note that due to the large number of suppliers, presentations will be limited to NO MORE THAN TWENTY (20) minutes and THREE (3) product(s). If you are locally-based, we ask that you kindly refrain from requesting to present at this meeting, as we can only accommodate a limited number of suppliers.

Sample logistics responsibility & billback*

Products featured for tasting will be pulled from Vintage Imports inventory - one to two bottles per item at the discretion of Vintage Imports - and will be billed back at 100% of actual landed cost using FIFO methodology as calculated by our ERP. Should you not wish to be billed for samples as described above, you may opt to be responsible for bringing your own samples to the meeting directly. Should you prefer this option, Vintage Imports will not be responsible for the acquisition or transportation of the items. Please indicate how you wish to have samples procured.

Acceptance of sample billback*

Acceptance of understanding of sample billback for meeting presentation:

Products featured for tasting will be pulled from Vintage Imports inventory - one to two bottles per item at the sole discretion of Vintage Imports - and will be billed back at 100% of actual landed cost using FIFO methodology as calculated by our ERP.

By selecting that you wish to have Vintage Imports be responsible for ensuring your products are present at the meeting, you agree to be billed 100% of the ERP-calculated landed cost of one to two units of each product to be presented and that no credit will be given for unused/unopened samples.

You have opted to be responsible for bringing your own samples to the meeting directly. By selecting that you wish to bring your own samples to the meeting yourself, Vintage Imports will not be responsible for the acquisition or transportation of your samples. As you will be bringing your own samples directly to the meeting yourself, Vintage Imports will not provide any samples for your presentation and accordingly will not bill you for any such samples.
